I’ve spent the last decade helping businesses adopt technology. And I kept seeing the same pattern. The technology wasn’t the hard part. The interface and its limitations was.

With AI, it happened again.

The tools are powerful. The value is clear.
But turning AI into something a business can actually use in its own context, with its own knowledge, in its own workflows, is where things break down.

A flooring company in Prague, a medium sized energy venture in Singapore, an enterprise consulting firm in Dallas, they don’t need more AI tools. They need AI that fits how they already work.

That’s why Augela was built.

Customer count matters, but only as the baseline. What we track is the ratio of customers who genuinely love the product, who has the best experience.

Growth without that ratio is just noise. So here’s how we’re building this — stage by stage, quality first.

100 customers love the product.

This stage is about product fit at a level of depth that can’t be faked. A hundred businesses that genuinely love Augela is a more valuable foundation than a thousand who find it acceptable.

AUGELA WORKS FOR TECH AND MASS MARKET ALIKE

40% of customers are non-technical.

This benchmark matters as much as the customer count. Winning businesses where the owner doesn’t think of themselves as technical at all is the proof that we’ve solved the interface.

Our job is to earn love over time, not just at signup.

AUGELA IS THE HUMAN AI INTERFACE AT SCALE

We keep the love ratio at 10% minimum.

Significant portion of our customers are businesses that had no realistic path to AI adoption before Augela existed. That’s the measure we care about – how many businesses we’ve genuinely brought into the AI era that would otherwise have been left behind.

Every time we add a feature, we ask: does this make Augela more useful for a non-technical business owner, or does it make it more complicated? Complexity is easy. Simplicity takes work.

Trust has to be earned, not assumed

We don’t ask customers to trust our AI blindly. We give them the tools to verify it, correct it, and understand it. An AI you can trust is more valuable than an AI that’s merely impressive.

Quality before scale, always

A customer who would have a bad experience with Augela doesn’t just leave, they leave with a story. We’d rather have fewer customers who love it.

Your knowledge is your competitive advantage

Generic AI makes everyone sound the same. Augela is built on the opposite premise: your expertise, your voice, your edge. We’re here to amplify what makes your business distinctive, not replace it.

Humans stay in control

AI should make your team more capable, not replace your team’s judgment. Augela is designed for human oversight where every response can be reviewed, every guardrail can be set by you.

Honest about where we are

We might make mistakes. When we do, we’ll tell you, fix them, and make the product better. We’d rather be honest about our limitations than oversell what we’re not yet.
