These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.augela.com and the interface.augela.com web app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Augela on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

3. Accounts & Security

  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details.
  • Communication: By using Augela, you agree to receive essential electronic communications (like password resets or legal updates) from us.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: We own all rights, titles, and interests in the Augela website, branding, and software. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our code.
  • Your Stuff: You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the interface. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Responsible Use (The “Don’ts”)

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the Service.
  • Attempt to scrape or harvest data from our platform automatically.

6. Service Availability & Termination

  • “As Is”: We provide Augela “as is.” While we strive for 100% uptime, we don’t guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through your settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law:

  • Augela is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like loss of profits or data).
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or 100 EUR if the service was free).

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our app evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice within the app. Your continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Brno, Czechia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
