Is the price really per team?
Yes.
The per-user figure under each price is that same number, at a full plan.
Can I change the plan, upgrade, downgrade or cancel how I need to?
Yes.
As soon as you fit within limits for the plan, e.g. number of active tenants, you can switch as you need.
You can cancel anytime, the billing goes to the end of the month. Annual payments will be prorated back to your credit card.
Will I be automatically charged when my 7-day free trial is up?
No.
7-day free trial is for you to see the product value without credit card. Once you decide to subscribe, you’d enter the credit card.
Do you offer annual payments?
Yes.
Will I be charged tax?
Turov s.r.o. company, us, running Augela interface, is required to charge tax on product and services. Whether the tax is applicable to your company depends on your location and business status,
Do you have setup fees or any other fees I should be aware of?
- For the Team and Business plans, there are no setup or any additional hidden fees like usage based fees. All prices are listed on this page.
- Enterprise and Reseller plans are subject to a specific business agreement which clearly describes all fees based on the business model agreed.
Do you offer discounts?
- Augela provides 20% discount on annual upfront payments on the Team and Business plan.
- Custom pricing and business conditions are applicable to companies with specific needs in the Enterprise and Reseller plan.
Is there a program for Research and Education institutions?
