You do not have to work out AI on your own.

Some companies know AI matters but not what to do with it. Others know exactly what they want and need a hand building it. Either way you can bring in the people who build Augela, and keep what we build when we are done.

Three ways we help

Start wherever you actually are.

Most companies arrive at one of three points. Each one is a different piece of work, scoped and priced on its own.

  • 01

    Find where AI fits

You know AI matters. You do not know which job to give it first.

    What happens
We sit with the people who do the work and look at where their time actually goes. Not a survey. A few short sessions with the teams themselves.
    What you walk away with
A short written plan naming the first jobs worth giving to AI, the ones to leave alone for now, and what each one needs before it can start.
  • 02

    Set it up with you

You know what you want. You want it built properly the first time.

    What happens
We build it alongside your team, inside your own Augela account: the agent structure, the guardrails, your company knowledge, and the tools you already use connected to it.
    What you walk away with
Working agents inside the rules you set, and a team that watched them being built rather than being handed a finished box.
  • 03

    Keep it sharp

It is running. You want it to keep getting better.

    What happens
A standing review of what your agents are handling, where they get it wrong, and what to correct. Corrections become knowledge the whole company keeps.
    What you walk away with
Agents that get better instead of drifting, and a governance record you can put in front of an auditor.

Who is actually in the room

Six disciplines that rarely sit at the same table.

Most AI advice comes from one direction. A model specialist who has never carried a number. A management consultant who has never shipped software. A security firm that arrives after the decisions are made. The useful questions about AI come from all six of these at once, so all six are on the engagement.

  • Building businesses

Is this a job worth doing at all?

People who have built and run companies, not only advised them.

  • Process and operations

Where does the work actually get stuck?

Specialists who map how work really flows, as opposed to how the handbook says it does.

  • AI

Can a model do this reliably, or will it guess?

The people who build the platform, who will tell you when AI is the wrong tool.

  • IT and integration

What has to connect, and what breaks if it does?

Your existing systems and data, looked at by people who have moved them before.

  • Commercial

Where does the money actually land?

Pricing, margin and cost, so the business case survives contact with a finance director.

  • Security and compliance

What will your auditor ask about this?

In the room from the first session, not brought in to sign off at the end.

Everyone senior, everyone still doing the work. You are not handed to a junior team once the pitch is over, because there is no junior team to hand you to.

How it runs

No surprises, in either direction.

  1. 01

    A call

Twenty minutes with the founder. No slides. We will say plainly whether this is something we can help with.

  2. 02

    A scope and a price

Written down and agreed before anything starts. One fixed price, not an hourly meter.

  3. 03

    We work with your team

Alongside your people, not instead of them. They see every decision as it is made, because they have to live with it.

  4. 04

    Handover

Everything stays in your account, configured and written down. Your own people carry on without us.

Why this is not the usual consulting

When we leave, you are not left holding something only we understand.

You talk to the people who build it
Not a bench of subcontractors reading the same documentation you could read. The people advising you are the ones who build the platform.
Configuration, not a bespoke build
What we set up is settings in your own Augela account. There is no custom codebase that needs us to maintain it.
Your own people take it over
The structure is the same shape as your org chart, so whoever manages your teams can manage the agents. No developer required.
Your infrastructure or ours
Runs in the cloud or entirely on your own servers, including air gapped. That stays your decision, not a condition of working with us.

What it costs

A price you agree to before we start.

Advice is worth paying for, and it is worth knowing what you are paying before the work begins. Every engagement is scoped in writing first.

  • The first call is free. If we cannot help, we will tell you on that call and point you somewhere that can.
  • One fixed price per engagement. Agreed in writing before the work starts, so the number cannot move underneath you.
  • No hourly billing. You are buying an outcome and a handover, not a timesheet.
  • Separate from your subscription. Professional services are their own agreement. Your plan does not change because you asked for help.

The thing I like most is how easy is to setup the whole AI environment for the company and teams. You can do a quick setup or dive deep into details.

Before you ask

Questions we get early.

Do we need a technical person on our side?

No. The person who ends up running this does not have to be technical, and in a lot of companies it is somebody in HR or operations.

If you do have developers, they are useful for connecting your own systems, but nothing here waits on them.

We already bought AI tools. Is this wasted?

No. Augela is deliberately model agnostic: you can bring your own model key and keep paying your provider directly, or use the models we provide. The same goes for the tools you already run.

The point is to put rules and oversight around what you already have, not to make you start again.

How long does it take?

It depends on which of the three pieces of work you are buying and how many teams are involved.

Whatever the answer is for you, it is written into the scope before you commit, so you are not agreeing to an open ended project.

What happens if we stop after the first piece?

You keep everything that was built. It lives in your Augela account as configuration, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing that stops working because the engagement ended.

Can you work with our compliance and security team?

Yes, and it is usually better if they are in the room early.

Deployment can be self hosted, on premise or air gapped, and the audit trail is designed to be shown to somebody outside the business.

Tell us what you are trying to do. We will tell you whether we can help.

Twenty minutes with the founder. No slides. A human replies within one working day.
