Which AI models can we use?
Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and Mistral under your own agreements. Or local models running on your own hardware, where nothing leaves your network. Augela works with any model server that speaks the standard interface, including dedicated AI appliances.
Do we need our own GPUs?
No. Most self-hosted customers keep their knowledge and audit data on their own servers while using a cloud AI provider under their own agreement. Local models are the option, not the requirement.
Can our IT provider run this for us?
Yes, that’s our reseller programme. Your MSP or IT partner installs and operates Augela for you, white-labelled if they choose.
Is this the same product as Augela Cloud?
