Augela is two things, and they behave differently. This page separates them, because conflating them is how cookie policies end up inaccurate.
- This website, augela.com. Marketing pages. Sets no cookies.
- The platform, interface.augela.com. The product you log in to. Sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
1. This website sets no cookies
Nothing on augela.com stores anything on your device. No cookies, no local storage, no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from augela.com itself rather than from a third-party CDN, so visiting these pages does not announce you to anyone else.
2. How we measure the website instead
We do want to know which pages are read and which are ignored. We use Umami for that, and it is cookieless by design.

Your IP address is used in transit to derive an approximate country and is not stored. Because nothing is written to your device, this does not require consent under the ePrivacy rules; we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether our own website works.
These measurements are processed in the EU, on the same footing as the rest of Augela: you choose where your data lives, and today that choice is the EU.
We do not use Google Analytics on this website.
3. Cookies the platform uses
These apply at interface.augela.com, after you sign in.

Essential cookies do not require consent, because the service cannot work without them.
3.1 Product analytics inside the platform
The platform uses PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the product is actually used: which screens people reach, where setup stalls, and which features go untouched. This is separate from the website measurement above, and it is more detailed, because it concerns a product you have signed in to rather than a page you are reading.
What it does:
- Records page views within the platform and a small number of named events, such as registration, email verification and completing setup.
- Associates them with your account, so we can tell one person’s session from another’s.
- Records sessions, meaning the sequence of screens and interactions, so we can see where the product confuses people.
What is deliberately excluded:
- Everything you type is masked in session recordings. Text you enter is never captured.
- Chat transcripts are excluded entirely. Your conversations with your AI agents are not recorded.
- Publicly shared agent pages are excluded entirely. Someone using an agent you published is not recorded at all.
If you would prefer not to be included in session recordings, write to human@augela.com and we will exclude your account.
4. How to control cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking them will not affect this website, since it sets none. It will stop you signing in to the platform.
