How it works

Connect what you already run

  • Ask Augela in Slack

Your people ask where they already work: mention @Augela in a channel, send it a direct message, or ask privately with /augela. Answers follow the same rules and use the same company knowledge as in Augela. A thumbs down on a wrong answer sends it to review, and the corrected answer is posted back in the thread.

  • Connected once, set per channel

An admin connects Slack once in Connectors, picks a default agent, and can give individual channels an agent of their own. Only your company's Augela users can ask. Slack channels can be read as knowledge too, alongside Google Drive, OneDrive, GitHub, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Gmail and Search Console. And when a watch word fires, a pipeline can post the conversation to a channel.

  • Your own systems, live

MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, is the open standard many software vendors already offer. Connect a server once and use it three ways: its documents as knowledge, its tools for live answers such as stock, today's price or free dates, and its tools as pipeline steps. Live lookups are read-only, allowed per agent by your admin, and recorded with every answer.
