Keep a person in charge where needed
A real person checks what matters and fixes it in place, and the fix is recorded against the answer it corrected.
- Fix in place
- A reviewer corrects the answer itself, not a note about it filed somewhere else.
- Step by step
- A job that passes work between agents can wait for a person at any step.
- Your fallback
- Refuse, hand to a person, or pass to a better suited agent. Set once.
How it works
Keep a person in charge where needed

A queue, not somebody's inbox
Flagged answers land in one place a person works through, with the question, the answer and the document it came from all on the same screen. When an agent looked something up live in your systems, that lookup is there too, so the reviewer sees whether the data or the agent was wrong. Nobody has to go looking for the context before deciding. A new item can also notify its owner straight away.

Approval between the steps
When one agent hands work to the next, you decide which handoffs need a person to say yes first. Human in the loop, meaning a person sits inside the process rather than reviewing it weeks later, is a setting here rather than a policy you hope people follow.

Every review feeds the score
What reviewers approve and correct becomes each agent's health score, a weighted read of whether it is doing the job you set it. The people closest to the work are the ones grading it, which is the only grading worth having.
