A round-up of what has shipped in Augela recently. The short version: your AI now meets your team where they already work, follows your rules wherever it answers, and is quicker to set up.
Augela in Slack
Your people can now ask Augela without leaving Slack. Mention @Augela in a channel, send it a direct message, or ask privately with /augela. Answers follow the same rules and use the same company knowledge as in Augela itself.
- A thumbs down fixes it. React with 👎 to a wrong answer and it goes to review. Once a reviewer has corrected it, the right answer is posted back in the same thread.
- Only your people. Only your company’s Augela users can ask.
- Set up once. A company admin connects it in Connectors, picks a default agent, and can give individual channels an agent of their own.
- Slack as knowledge. Augela can also read Slack channels as company knowledge.

The same rules, wherever your AI answers
Every answer follows your company’s rules, including the public chat on your website through External Access. Watch words, blocking and review all apply, so an answer to a customer is governed exactly like an answer to a colleague. More in Tailor AI governance to suit you.
Agents remember the conversation
Follow-up questions just work. Ask “and what about annual plans?” after a question about pricing, and the agent knows what you mean.
Company knowledge reaches every agent
Upload a document and agents can use it straight away. Search now finds names and exact terms, such as a product code or a client’s name, not only text with a similar meaning.
Rules set once for the whole company
Set a rule at the company level and every agent follows it. Nobody has to copy it into each new agent by hand.
Group admins run their own teams
A group admin can now run their own teams and agents, so a department can manage its own AI without waiting for a company-wide admin.
